90 Minute Tension Tamer
Are you looking for more from your massage? This session is great if your stress has been building and you need a little more time for those muscles to relax. Utilizing acupressure, active release and/or trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular massage techniques to help relieve tension and stress. This session will leave you feeling relaxed, energized, and ready to handle life with ease. My regulars like to refer to this as “the attitude adjuster."
120 Minute Nirvana
The ultimate in relaxation. Combining all the benefits of the Stress Buster and the Tension Tamer, this massage targets specific areas of stress and tension and provides full-body relaxation. You may want to bring a designated driver!
